Established in 2017, Raath Law is the brainchild of Schalk Raath.

With over 12 year of experience, Schalk believed that a law firm should offer services in a variety of legal fields catering for different needs. It was his extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Insolvency, Debt Collection and Matrimonial Law, upon which the firm was founded. Since then, Raath Law has branched out into a variety of other areas of law such as Contract Law, Labour Law, Commercial Law and the recent addition of the Ciriminal Law department also dealing with unlawful arrests.
